We investigate a general model of a two-mode Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) coupled via Josephson tunneling. By the bosonization method, we analytically and numerically calculate the entanglement parameter. It shows that the better entanglement can be achieved by increasing the number of particles and decreasing the the coupling strength for Josephson tunneling.
