摘要：
stakeholders harmony is the basis for upgrading industrial clusters. This article has enriched the industry cluster stakeholders' relations. Increase and stressed the importance of farmers in the county industrial cluster stakeholders of the importance, innovation is the basis of corporate identity system (Corporate Identity System), build (construct) of the Industry Cluster Identification System (Industry Clusters Identity System, ICIS), made to promote industrial harmony cluster stakeholders of specific measures. Clusters are in order to promote stakeholders' cooperation and healthy competition.
