摘要
As a product of national geographical indication, Yellow River carp has been widely used in the Shandong cuisine. Therefore, the Yellow River carp has rich diet cultural values. The study concentrates on the diet culture value analysis of Yellow River carp, discusses the development problems of diet culture resources, and seeks the corresponding development ideas and countermeasures. The aim of this study is not only to draw the attention of diet culture resources protection and development, but also to promote the quality of diet culture.
