摘要
With the increasing complexity of millimeter wave environment, the demand for millimeter wave detection equipment becomes increasingly strong. In this paper, a millimeter wave front-end receiving component is designed, which is mainly used in millimeter wave amplitude-comparison direction-finding system. According to the characteristics of SDLVA, the mixing scheme, the noise coefficient and the gain of RF link are determined. In order to meet the miniaturization requirements, a hybrid assembly process of RF circuit and power control circuit is used. The module works in the 30-40GHz band, with small volume and high integration; the instantaneous dynamic range reaches 47dB, the amplitude consistency is not more than +/- 1.25dB, and the signal-to-noise ratio is not less than 200mV when injected with -65dBm, and the isolation between channels is more than 60dBc. All of these indexes have reached high requirements and have a broad application prospect.
