摘要：
In this paper, the authors use ELES(extended linear expenditure system) to make an analysis and forecast of china's city residents' consumption structure, determine Engle coefficient, NTC(marginal propensity to consume) and basic necessity level and etc. Based on these econometric models and their calculated results, some strategies of important significance for government departments drawing up consumption policies have been put forward.
