摘要
E-learning has become a global trend and is used as an attractive tool of education in tertiary education. E-learning has been also used intensively for primary and secondary education in the Czech Republic. Although e-learning is devoted specially for long-distance education, e-learning courses can be applied as a useful tool for full-time education. A motivation effect can be found for students and pupils for self-studying via Internet from home. E-learning in combination with the appropriate LSM system (Learning Management System) offers an attractive form of education and provides a support especially when submitting tasks and studying materials distributed in the created e-learning courses. E-learning can be applied in the private sector for large and medium-sized companies that find in e-learning a reliable tool of education and training of their employees. This tool of education is able to save considerable expenditure on external training centers by using suitable LMS. Development of LSM systems and creation of eLearning courses is an effective tool in educating not only students, but also a great challenge for adult education and training in the private sector. The paper describes the process of using and developing e-learning courses in LMS Moodle system for long-distance studying and also for students of full-time form of education as a support toll for university education.
