摘要
In this paper, a fuzzy self adaptive EDM control system is presented. By using fuzzy theory and applying fuzzy control method, detailed analysis on the gap voltage, one of the most important EDM process parameters, is made Fuzzy rule library is obtained and fuzzy controller is constructed on the analysis. Self adaptive control of the EDM process is realized by the self adaptive regulation of the input quantizational factor and output proportional factor of the fuzzy control system. Experiment results show that this system has good self adaptability and high reliability which will result in the higher productivity.
