Enhancing Entrepreneurial Performance by Network Competence: Relational Embeddedness and Resource Acquisition Approach

This study reveals the complex process that network competence indirectly affects entrepreneurial performance by affecting relational embeddedness and resource acquisition. It also pointed out that the intermediary role of vertical networks, supporting networks and Co-opetition networks as well as exclusive and opening resources play in the relationship between network competence and entrepreneurial performance. A network competence performance theoretical model was built to reveal the complex relationship between network competence and entrepreneurial performance and its mechanism, which provide theoretical references for new ventures to effectively enhance entrepreneurial performance through building network competence.
