Investigation and Analysis on Frequency of Talent Flow in State-owned Forestry Sector of Heilongjiang Province

摘要
Data about frequency of talent flow in state-owned forestry sector of Heilongjiang province is acquired by questionnaire survey. The effects on frequency of talent flow by talent's personality characteristics and external characteristics are analyzed by the method of cross analysis and difference analysis. The results shows that there are significant difference on talent's personality characteristics and external characteristics of frequency of talent flow in state-owned forestry sector, namely for talents with different sex, age, education background, working age, occupation, professional title and from different region, the flow frequencies have great difference.
