Learning styles: a tool for selecting students for group work

摘要
A learning style assessment is used to assist staff in motivating undergraduate engineering students to participate in group work. Students who joined groups allocated on the basis of their learning style performed at a higher level than the students who self selected. This is similar to the findings of other researchers.
