摘要
Data Warehouse is a lot of data organized and structured in a hierarchical and multidimensional arrangement. Difference to relational databases, it is a logical multidimensional model, which can have many dimensions and levels of data. Data from a Data Warehouse is organized in a hierarchical arrangement, the dimensions and measures. As usual, a cube is derived from a subset of a data warehouse (Data Warehouse). Historical Data is the back bone of any business for mission critical business decisions. Data is stored in some form of tables in the database. In Business Intelligence systems, Data Warehouse is used on systems rather than Databases to store historical data, even though both have some tables with data, index and key, etc.
