摘要：

The article is part of a series of publications on virtual supply chains. The first part characterizes determinants defining virtual supply chains. There were identified nine areas affecting virtual supply chains. This study presents risk factors affecting virtual supply chains. The research is complemented by FMEA risk analysis for virtual supply chains. The research was conducted at the turn of 2019 and 2020. The purpose of the publication is to show aspects where the risk related to virtual supply chains is the greatest.
