摘要：
For non-contact temperature measurement there was developed a miniaturized pyrometer head in Micro Systems Technology Different from conventional systems which use radiation-thermopiles in seperate housings filled with protective gas, there a thermopile chip together with a temperature sensor, a heatsink and a Fresnel lens was mounted into a common housing that is filled with a protective gas.
