摘要
Comprehensive evaluation study on the Sustainable development of the large-scale construction project is very important to promote the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development. To effectively evaluate the sustainable development capability of Large-scale construction projects, the connotation of their sustainable development is put forward; the evaluation index system is constructed based on four parts-the society, economy, ecological environment and management. On the basis of the shortages of existing sustainable development evaluation method, a new evaluation method - extension evaluation method is presented, the calculative steps of the comprehensive extension evaluation on the sustainable development of the large-scale construction projects is given. This method is applied to some actual large-scale project. The result proves that the new method has some theoretical value and practical operability.
