Effect of Desiccants and Adhesives Applications in Winter Oilseed Rape on Seed Indicators, Yield and Quality

Semi-practical experiments were sown on the field of Slezak farm in Tunechody (district Chrudim). Six variants in two different application times (June 28 and July 8, 2016) and three controls were established in size from 1 to 1.8 ha. Used preparations: Roundup Flex (480 g/l glyphosate), Clinic (360 g/l glyphosate) a Spodnam DC (555.4 g/l pinolene). Harvest was carried out on two dates July 19 and 29, 2016. Later term of desiccants and adhesives application in solo and also tank mix had by 0.32 t/ha higher yield than early term of application. Solo desiccants applications and also tank mixes with adhesives have in average by 0.29 t/ha higher yield than the control. On the contrary solo applications of adhesives decreased yield by 0.21 t/ha. Application of desiccants and adhesives on average decreased HTS by 0.089 g, but on the contrary increase oil content by 0.6 % compared to the controls. Early applications (Roundup Flex 2.5 l / ha application on 28 June 2016) had worst seed indicators - reduced the total germination up to 59.6 % and significantly increased the percentage of defective germinating plants up to 40.3 %. The highest germination (96.9 %) was achieved in variant Clinic + Spodnam DC at a dose of 2 + 0.5 l / ha applied on July 8, 2016.
