摘要
This study presents the measurement of CO2 emissions resulting from the activities of the supply chain in the sugar industry based on energy consumption. There are six activities in the supply chain of sugar industry that have the potential to emit CO2 emissions are cane transport activity, plastic sacks transportation, the use of sugar cane trucks, combustion in the boiler machine, the use of electricity, and distribution of sugar to consumers. A number of variables that affect CO2 expenditure such as sugar cane milling machine, boiler and engine efficiency lorry mileage sugar has a significant impact. Data measurements were performed from 2009 through 2013, using the IPCC 2006 guidelines. Statistical analysis with multiple linear regression model of CO2 emissions expenditure give R-2 value of 0,983. Results expenditure carbon emissions since 2009 to 2013 respectively (107.064, 123.710, 97.164, 111.999 and 132.618) tons of CO2.
