摘要
This research aims to test the effects of Outward-Bound-type program on the personal development of college students and researches the aftermath lagged effects. This research targets on 101 undergraduates as research objects and uses the life effectiveness questionnaire (LEQ-H) as research tools, using the design of control group pretest and posttest to collect data and make statistic analysis. The research results indicate that during the 3-day session, the students in the Outward-Bound-type program have significant enhancing effects on all eight life effectiveness factors. In terms of the mid-term effects, 6 weeks after the training session, the enhancing effects on all factors of participants' life effectiveness began to decrease. However, the effect of training on Time Management still have a moderate effect (ES=0.55); whereas the effect size of Task Leadership (ES=0.36) and Emotional Control (ES=0.31) are slightly altered and the enhancing effects on all other factors typically disappeared.
