摘要：

The impacts of interest rate on the growth models of. economy is deliberately analyzed in this paper. The interest rate policy for adjusting the industrial structure, realizing the intensive growth model of economy in the period of economic transformation of developing countries is given in the article. The direction and measures in delail for interest rate system renovation in China is discussed at the end of the paper. The article is very important for the developing countries to work out the interest rate policy and to promote the development of market economy.
