摘要：
Undergraduates are the valuable talent resource of a country and nation. It is an important task for higher education to train innovative talents. Affected by exam-oriented education, there are still many factors unfavorable to the cultivation of innovative talents in our higher education. The primary factors affecting the innovative ability of undergraduates are analyzed from the point of view of education management in this paper. The ways and methods to train the innovative ability of undergraduates are proposed. It is expected to provide references for education management departments in constituting innovative talent training plan.
