摘要：
Under an established incentive mechanism, the efficiency of a team is subject to the result of team game. A model of team static game are built in this paper, by showing the results of various strategies combination, it reveals team members' options between cooperation and free-rider under the condition that the productions are enjoyed averagely by team members, but the efforts of each member's can not be measured respectively, it provides a new viewpoint of the cooperation in team.
