摘要
This study reports the findings of 273 New York and Massachusetts nonprofit HIV/AIDS service providers. The findings include a comprehensive profile of the service providers and an examination of specific strategic initiatives taken in response to changes in their funding environment. Further, it was found that a number of strategic responses were significantly related to several organizational variables, funding sources and changes in the level of funding.
