摘要
This study investigates the nonprofit HIV/AIDS clinic's strategic responses to anticipated changes in their funding environment. The findings suggest the clinics are willing to consider numerous responses relative to the Cost Management, Imagery, Revenue Producing, and Staff Productivity dimensions. The Cost Management and Imagery strategies demonstrated statistical significance given future changes in government funding. Managerial and research implications are addressed.
