According to the statistics, the number of the university internet users now almost reached 100% of the number of the university students, among whom 90.5% of the college students will treat the Internet as an important channel to have access to the information. This kind of phenomenon has brought opportunities and challenges for college ideological and political education work. Faced with the new situation, we should give full play to the comprehensive effects of the old and new media.
