摘要：
Enteritis necroticans syndrome caused in man by certain nutritional conditions by C. perfringens C has been presented. This syndrome has been described for the first time in Poland. Epidemiology (the cases described as Darmbrand, pig-bel), etiology and basic information about the toxin have also been included. The complex etiology, clinical course and therapy, as well as factors influencing the outcome of epidemics have been discussed.
