摘要
In this study, we report 30-inch 4K rollable AM-OLED display, featuring IGZO-TFT backplane and side by side evaporation process with etching fme metal mask. Adaptive temporal aperture control as a driving method is used to improve motion image quality. Roll-up mechanics consists of various elements to get flatness, quietness and stability. Finally, we demonstrate a large rollable display, showing motion images clearly and rolling up compact with a radius of 20 mm.
