摘要
With the improvement of average running speed of vehicles and modern road conditions, testing and adjusting wheel side slip or wheel alignment parameters is put more important into the detecting department, for the alignment failures do much more potential harmful affection in the vehicle safety. Aimed at the virtual difficulties of measuring the camber angle and toe-in in the moving condition of vehicle, the intelligent measuring method based on the Satisfaction Criterion Model (SCM) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) was presented in this paper. With the help of the mapping relationship which was received by regressing the experiment data, the dynamic measuring of alignment parameters and the on-line adjusting message of camber angle and toe-in value can be displayed to the workers by the computer, so it will help them to adjust the parameters and detecting slippage or side force easily. At last, in order to improve the testing precision, the regulative feedback control system based on this measuring method is established; it made the method more useful and effective.
