摘要
In this research, we induced human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUCMSCs) into neurons using different protocols and evaluated differentiation efficiency, and then hUCMSCs derived neurons were used to therapy spinal cord injury. MBP and MAP-2 were used markers for neurons to detect differentiated cells from hUCMSCs. The results indicated that transgenes (Nurr-1) combined with cocktail factors (including ATRA, GGF-2, bFGF, PDGF and forskolin) was best protocol for neurons differentiation from hUCMSCs and hUCMSCs-derived neurons were successfully colonized into injured spinal cord, which suggested participation in tissue repair.
