摘要
With the rise of big data applications, big data draw the attention from all walks of life. The coming of the age of big data provides a more powerful support for science and technology entrepreneurship, and at the same time makes the science and technology entrepreneurial environment become more complex. This article introduces the big data and business environment under the premise of science and technology, analyses the current situation of science and technology entrepreneurial environment in Heilongjiang province, and establishes the evaluation index system of technology entrepreneurial environment in Heilongjiang province science. Using the method of TOPSIS to evaluate the entrepreneurial environment of the science and technology level of Heilongjiang, on the basis of the evaluation results of Heilongjiang province, the article will put forward the corresponding suggestion.
