摘要
In the frame of a theoretical conception of teaching centered in facilitating meaningful learning in the students and of a conception of the profession of physics teacher, the current career and the didactic model of physics teacher in service are analyzed, deriving necessities of formation. It permitted the design of a proposal for the formation of physics teacher, which is conceived in a continuous that it begin with the stage of preparation of the professional in the university, well-known like initial formation, and it continue day by day during their labor exercise, in a permanent triad of formation, action and reflection.
