Synthesis of metacrylic acid from isobutyric aldehyde on iron-phosphoric catalysts.

摘要
The process of metacrylic acid production through oxidative dehydrogenation of isobutyric acid was studied. The iron-phosphoric catalysts composed of NH4FeP2O7 and Fe(PO3)(4) was used. The reaction product composition was found and the temperature effect on the conversion of isobutyric acid and on the reaction selectivity to metacrylic acid was calculated.
