摘要
This paper describes two aspects of a recent time-lapse seismic application in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico. First, the target reservoir is gas condensate under primary depletion. Therefore, pressure changes rather than saturation changes created the observed 4D acoustic response. Second, the 4D seismic result was used along with the production data to constrain an optimized history-matching procedure.
