摘要：
A review on the definition and connotation of Electric Power Universal Service (EPUS) proves that EPUS is an important mode for the electric power sector assuming social responsibilities, and the analysis of the EPUS abroad enhances this notion. Herein, the current situation of domestic EPUS is carefully analyzed and approaches are recommended for the improvement of EPUS in China.
