摘要：
The article shows the relationship of competitiveness and competitive advantages within the hierarchy of the economic system of the country. A grouping of project management facilities has been established in the context of various levels and scales of management activities. The results of the study portfolio management of innovative development process based on the concept of competitiveness management in an entrepreneurial organization are presented.
