摘要
Traditional regional management lacks of the characteristics of systematization, mobility and ecological principle, which prevents the regional sustainable development. To promote the regional competition rapidly, the transformation of the traditional developing mode is necessary, thus it is important to select the direction in which to transform and to avoid the path dependence of the traditional development path. Based on the empirical analysis, the decisive factors in the evolving process of the two paths are proposed. Combined with the status quo of small and medium-sized enterprises occupying a large percent and the market's lacking of the guarantee of the credit system in China, the two paths are compared in three aspects, i.e. management operational level (MOL), Economic performance (ECP) and environmental performance (ENP), thus the conclusion that eco-industrial network is the path selection of China's regional development is drawn.
