摘要：
This paper probes and designs the incentive mechanism of the ability of sustainable innovation of R&D strategy community through analysing different models of cooperative innovation of R&D strategy community, which provides theory of reference for cultivating R&D strategy community and promoting its upgrade of innovation capability and offers the path of realization for regional economies great-leap-forward development and effective cooperation among members of R&D strategy community.
