摘要
ZrO2-Al2O3 nano-composite with average particle size of 20 nm have been prepared by combining two processes viz solution combustion method and solid state synthesis method. The powders contain cubic-ZrO2 and aAl(2)O(3) phases. Crystallinity, surface morphology and photoluminescence behavior of the nano-composite was studied. Further, this sample was irradiated with electron beam and its effect on the structural and photoluminescence characteristics were studied.
