摘要
The development of low-carbon economy is the way of transformation of economic development, the inevitable choice and essential path of improving the quality and efficiency, the basis of building low-carbon cites. This paper provides basis for the construction of ecological cities in Hebei province through the analysis and study on the status. It adjusts economic development goals by low-carbon standard, to forward the path and strategy for low-carbon cities' development. Low-carbon cities are taken urban space as carrier, which are achieved by the change of consumption concept and the way of life, meanwhile, the city economy and life quality is improved. Low-carbon is one model of sustainable economic development based on low energy consumption, low pollution, and low emission. [1] Many cities have begun to set "low-carbon city" as the development goal. The low-carbon city refers to the city which economic development keep increasing, but energy consumption and CO2 emission controlled at low level. [2]
