摘要
Urban fog-haze level detection is the basis for controlling haze formation and controlling fog-haze. The multi-level regression and fuzzy C-means clustering theory were applied to study the haze-level detection algorithm. This paper puts forward the non-meteorological fixed effect and meteorological random effect theory of fog-haze formation, emphasize the effect of random effects on fixed effects and form fog-haze. The fog-haze and the non-meteorological effect function are introduced, and the fog-haze level detection model is established. At the same time, the detection algorithm of FCM fog-haze level is given as the large sample problem. The range of using the two algorithms is given. And the false positive rate test of the two algorithms achieves higher accuracy. The results of this paper have certain theoretical significance and application value to the urban fog-haze prevention and control.
