摘要
With the development of science and technology, the demand for talents grows increasingly, and the competition between enterprises focuses on the competition for talents. How to retain talents and cultivate and enhance employees' loyalty becomes the key to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises. Psychological contract, as the supplement of economic contracts, plays an important role in maintaining the hiring relationship, keeping staff morale and improving their loyalty. In this paper, we investigate the relationship between psychological contracts of employees and their loyalty in equipment manufacturing industry in China, and design an approach to cultivate and enhance the employees' loyalty from the perspective of psychological contract.
