摘要
In this paper, a novel common-mode filter (CMF), based on the 3-D transmission line structure, is proposed for 3-D IC applications. Using the quarter-wavelength resonator, the proposed CMF can suppress the common-mode (CM) noise with little influence on the differential-mode (DM) signal. The results of the full-wave simulations and the measurements are presented and they show a good agreement.
