THE INFLUENTIAL FACTORS OF A COMPANY'S COMPETITIVENESS UNDER THE NEW CONDITIONS CREATED BY THE ECONOMY BASED ON KNOWLEDGE

The influential factors of the competitiveness have evolved at the same time as the society has evolved, becoming more complex and more intercorelated. The society based on knowledge has affected not only a person's life but the society as a whole, including the business domain, raising the "knowledge" at grade of being a determiner factor of a company's competitiveness. Only those companies that will manage to adapt under the new conditions and that will identify and shape the direct and indirect action factors over the competitivity, will survive. But scarcely identifying these factors rises problems, because not just the tangible factors affect competitivity, a great importance has the intangible ones. For a more rigorous identification of these influential factors of the competitiveness there must be applied a multilevel analysis: inside the company, national and international through which there must be achieved the recognition of a complex factor's system with indirect and direct influence.
