摘要：
To satisfy the increasing demand for regulating power, the Societe Electrique de l'Our (SEO), owner of the existing Vianden Pumped Storage Plant, intends to install an additional pump-turbine of 200 MW. The new unit will be accommodated in a separate powerhouse cavern and include waterways of its own. In parallel the active storage capacity of the upper and lower reservoirs will be augmented by 0.5 Mm(3).
