摘要：

By allowing foreign companies to invest in China, conducting various forms of economic cooperation with establishments in that country, warning, however, the need for them to observe the laws of the People's Republic of China, the legal system of that Asian power, constitutionally committed to the construction of the so-called "Ecological Civilization" and, therefore, with the rational use of natural resources, guides the legal duties linked to the performance of the economic organizations that operate in that Asian country in the face of well-elaborated environmental legal regulations that, while maintaining compatibility with Brazilian environmental business law, mainly in view of the legal regime of environmental corporate responsibility, it ensures, at least within the scope of legal predictability, safe conditions for the performance of Brazilian companies with our main importer of environmental goods destined to the needs of that Nation.
