摘要：
In recent years, e-commerce has been widely applied to many industries, which not only provides a number of chances for enterprises' economic development but also enhances enterprises' market competitiveness. In order to make enterprises hold dominant positions in competition, they must strengthen their management, especially their human resource management because fierce competition exists among enterprises. In the era when e-commerce develops so quickly, it is essential to do enterprise human resource management well.
