摘要：
A novel near-lossless compression approach to perceptual audio coding is presented in this paper. This algorithm is based the lossless compression approach and uses Base 2 Logarithm Algorithm to improve TTAENC. Its error is less than 1/256 and compression is faster than the TTAENC encoder.
