摘要：
This paper explores sensitivities of torsional stresses to me design parameters of turbine-generator shafts. Sensitivity guideline is as a new concept to reduce the high torsional torque to which the turbine-generator shafts might be subjected during high speed switching of network faults. In the context, investigations have been conducted on a large turbine-generator model and its life expenditure is calculated.
