Joint-transform-correlator-based deconvolver with improved performance

摘要
The power spectra subtraction technique is introduced to improve the performance of the joint-transform-correlator-based deconvolver, which employs the reciprocal of the distorting function power spectrum as its intensity inverse filter. By subtracting the sum of power spectra of the distorted image and the distorting function, the deconvoler may have narrower de output, bigger efficient space-bandwidth product, stronger deconvolution output and greater background noise resistance. Both the theoretical analysis and computer simulation verify these improvements.
