摘要：

Although scholars endorse research mentoring as a critical structure for graduate students' increased productivity and success, women in academia have indicated a difficult time accessing and navigating mentoring relationships. This article proposes using a relational-cultural lens for examining interpersonal dynamics and facilitating enriching and successful research mentorship critical for women doctoral counseling students.
