摘要
This paper discusses the features of calculating the vibration resistance of high-speed rotor systems for advanced auxiliary ship power units. Analytical and numerical methods for determining the dynamic characteristics of rotor systems are investigated. An assessment of the applicability of analytical procedures. Using the finite element method, the eigenvalues of the rotor system are determined and a Campbell diagram is constructed. An explicit simulation of the rotor when entering the resonant mode is performed. The influence of damping on the oscillation amplitudes during the passage of the rotor through the resonance is studied. The features of the use of non-contact bearings in high-speed rotary systems are considered. An analysis is made of the influence of the design features of contactless bearings on the dynamic characteristics of the rotor. Possible modifications of the rotor system are proposed, allowing to bring the critical shaft speeds beyond the operating range of the wind turbine.
