摘要
It are given the principles of MonteCarlo procedures to the simulation of bioadhesion basing on the well known modelings of nuclei in solids. The main problems exist by the unknown energies and their distributions. The main aim of such simulations is not the exact prediction of clustering of a definite microorganisms but the interpretation of physical principles in consideration of surface properties.
